Hello - I have received a bunch of audiomoths. I have put in batteries and cards. The greenlight is on when plugged in to the USB. When I switch to Custom mode it is a solid red light and a flashing green one. But I cannot do anything further. Neither the timing nor the flash nor the config app seems to recognise them as being there, in either Custom or USB/Off mode.
