Hi, As Juan says, most connection problems are due to the USB cable being a charging cable and not having data lines. These aren't marked so you typically can't tell from their appearance. Try another cable first that you know works with data transfer.What operating system are you using? If it is Linux there are some additional installation steps at the end of the page here - https://www.openacousticdevices.info/applications.Finally, if you are using Windows there are occasional driver issues, particularly if you have previously used Easy Log from Lascar Electronics which incorrectly assumes the same PID and VID as AudioMoth.Check the cable first.Alex
