Hi I have two AM ver 1.2.0 which I have used since 2021. Now I can't configure them. Have tried to change cable since the old one was a bit worn. Upgraded the app to ver 1.9.0. But still Device ID and battery status will not show up in the app. The AM unit shows green light when connected and USB/OFF is set. I have a Win11 laptop. Can you help me? /Stefan
