I have two AM ver 1.2.0 which I have used since 2021. Now I can't configure them.
Have tried to change cable since the old one was a bit worn. Upgraded the app to ver 1.9.0.
But still Device ID and battery status will not show up in the app.
The AM unit shows green light when connected and USB/OFF is set. I have a Win11 laptop.
Can you help me?
Do you have any idea how to identify the problem? Am I the only one with this issue?
Plan C would perhaps be to try another pc...
The device is not recognised by AudioMoth Flash App or AudioMoth Configuration App.
Do you have any of the other AudioMoth Desktop Apps open at the same time (including the AudioMoth Flash App)?
