Yup, managed to update it with the latest firmware and it's now recognized when I plug it in to my computer.

Unfortunately, I still haven't any luck on the device that's not working or any of the working ones. Is there a tutorial somewhere I can watch?

Hi Alex, I've tried doing this with no success. The Audiomoth doesn't light up at all even when batteries are connected. When I first plugged the unit it, it originally lit up, and then failed when I tried flashing it and hasn't shown any activity since. I will keep trying the manual switch; hopefully I'm doing it correctly.
