Hi there, I have an issue with one of my Audiomoths that hasn't been used yet. When I connect it to my computer and switch it to USB/off, I don't have any response from the unit (no lights turning on, isn't recognized on my computer). This unit hasn't been deployed yet (just took it out the packaging), so I'm not sure if it's just a faulty unit or if there's something I can do to get it operational. I haven't had any issues with the other units purchased from this order. Thanks for any help

Hi there. Would microSD card quality make a difference in the amount of recordings that gets picked up by the unit? I’ve noticed that the audiomoths pick up significantly less calls and was wondering if it had anything to do with the SD cards Im using. Would there be any other settings I could play with to increase the number of calls being picked up? Thanks!
