Configuration app on desktop computer

I have a desktop computer with Windows 10 that has lost connection to Audiomoth via USB. When connecting the USB cable, the green light flashes a few times and then turns off, and there is no connection to the Configuration app. What do I need to do to reconnect to Audiomoth?

Hi,

Check in the Device Manager to see if it can see the AudioMoth device. The Config App should work fine with Windows 10 but may conflict with other drivers installed (particularly a driver for EasyLog devices which incorrectly assumes the same PID and VID as AudioMoth).
