Connection Issue: "No AudioMoth found" in Flash App
Hi everyone,
I have a unit that is not being recognized by the Configuration App or the Flash App.
Symptoms:
When batteries are inserted, the LEDs flash, but the device doesn't start recording.
When connected via USB, the computer doesn't detect it (even in USB/OFF mode).
I've tried different cables and batteries, but the issue persists.
It seems like the device is stuck in a loop or the USB port is failing. Any advice on how to reset it or force the connection?

Hi Janeth, Do you have multiple AudioMoth and the others work, or is this the only one you have and it doesn't work? What operating system are you using?
