I've had an AudioMoth Dev 1.0.1 and the matching housing for a month now. Unfortunately, the device is not able to record data continuously...

My workflow is as follows:

- Connect power

- USB/default -> Configure via PC

- Hang it in the designated location and switch to Custom

The LED first flashes green, then goes out and the red LED starts flashing. This should be the moment when the device starts recording, which it does. I always receive audio files from the first few minutes.

I close the case and when I come back, I only have a few audio files.

Is there a mistake in the operation?

Something strange I noticed is that when the cables connecting the batteries and the circuit board are moved, the LEDs sometimes go out briefly. I have checked the cable and it should actually work... Is there a known problem with the cable or the socket on the circuit board?
