AM not connecting to the computer

I have a problem with device. I tried to connect the device with my computer but the device doesn´t work. I tried to change the battery and also connect the device with another computer but the device still doesn´t work. I don´t know what´s wrong. Can you help me with this problem?

It would be worth following the instructions under the 'Manually Switch to Flash Mode' menu option in the Flash App to see if you can get it to start in flash mode, and can reload the firmware.





It sounds like a hardware failure though the cable and computer work with other AudioMoth. Does it make a recording if you switch to DEFAULT mode with a SD card fitted?
