Problem with the version in the settings

I would like to ask for your guidance and assistance regarding this message that appears when I try to configure my AudioMoths.
First of all, I do not have the option to click on “Flash AudioMoth.” Also, when I try to configure the device, the version appears as 0.0.0, and I get the following message (I have attached a screenshot).

Hi, Where did this AudioMoth originate from? Either the firmware is very old or it is an unusual version for some reason. Make sure you have the most up to date version of the Flash App, and then follow the instructions under the 'Show Manual Switch Intructions' menu option, to manually put the AudioMoth into flash mode.
