Battery issues

On a second unit of ours, used less than 5 times, the unit is not turning on/recording/displaying any LED colours when batteries are plugged in. We have tested the same batteries in different Hydro Moth units, all of which work fine, but every combination of batteries (rechargable and non-rechargeable) lead to the same issue with this unit.


Almost new, used very few times (for hour recordings max).


You will see I have also been in contact with another faulty unit. Is it possible to send both of these in, and have them replaced by any chance please?

Yep, email andy@openacousticdevices.info. Does it connect to the Config App when powered by USB?
