I have three AudioMoths that are unable to record in CUSTOM mode (all show a blinking green light and solid red light when custom is selected). Two of these three units can successfully record in DEFAULT mode and save test audio files to the microSD card. However, one of them will not work in DEFAULT mode either (no lights blinking when set to DEFAULT).

I have tried the following tactics to get them to work:

1. Changed up the batteries and tried different brands of microSD cards,

2. Re-formatted the microSD cards (despite being new),

3. Flashed all units to the latest firmware (Version 1.10.0)

4. Checked that the “Always Require Acoustic Chime” option was not ticked off in the Advanced Settings.

The AudioMoths appear to be in good condition (no evidence of corrosion or visual wear and tear).

Is there anything else that I can try to get these up and running?
