Hi,

I recently received my AudioMoth. Next step was to configure it. I downloaded the Configuration App and walked through the steps to setup the configuration I wanted. When I connected my AudioMoth to my Windows laptop it asked me to update my firmware. So I downloaded the Flash app to do this. I opened the Flash app and selected the most recent firmware to download. After downloading, I flashed the connected AudioMoth. I'm not sure what happened next, but the Flash app crashed. I tried disconnecting / reconnecting the AudioMoth, but now neither the Config or Flash App recognize it, and the green LED no longer lights up. Also, my laptop keeps stating that the connected USB device has malfunctioned. Not sure what to do, frustrating. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
