two dead audiomoths
two of the 64 audiomoths I received do not worked at all (neither in default mode or trying to connect to a pc), any signal of life...ho can I do? Can I still ask for new devices? we never had the opportunity to use those 2 devices. please let me know. Thanks.

Practice the process on an AudioMoth that you know works to make sure that you are doing it correctly. It’s possible that it is a manufacturing problem but that is quite rare. Where did the AudioMoth come from?
