We have a few audiomoths. All v1.2.0. One has developed a problem where it no longer records valid files.

It start off by only recording a few minutes of files before stopping. Now it seems to record 5 files all of length 0kB and which are corrupt and unreadable. The LED flash codes after switching on are 5 long flashes on both red and green LEDs (recording failure) followed by short flashes on both LEDs (cut short due to recording failure). This seems consistent with the files it produces.

I have tried reflashing the AM with various versions of the firmware (1.10.1, 1.11.0, 1.11.1,1.10.0) and I have tried reformatting cards and different cards. Batteries are rechargeable Li-ion producing 4.7V.

Any suggestions for a fix?
