I see the post below about replacing the Audiomoths with broken switches. This just happened to me yesterday. How do we go about replacing devices for those based in the US?

Hi Ben,
Where and when did your devices, and how many have an issue? If they are not new devices, they will likely consider it normal wear and tear as the switches are delicate to force applied across rather than along their movement direction.
It is possible to repair the switches. See the instruction here: https://www.openacousticdevices.info/group/support-forum/discussion/44282a1a-2aed-4fa9-bc81-45eca14e5471
