AudioMoth USB / Live App scheduled recordings
Dear AudioMoth,
I have recently purchased the AudioMoth USB and I was wondering if it’s possible to set up scheduled recordings for this device in the Live App as well (or if this is a future feature)? As for the context: Im monitoring ultrasonic vocalizations in rats and my hope was to restrict the recording to only the dark-phase e.g. 12:00-24:00 hours, this to save some space on the harddrive of the computer. I saw that it is an option to use triggered recordings with the normal/gps devices as an alternative, but the USB version cant be configured with the App for those devices?

Thanks for the reply! It will help quite a bit. As for the automatic call detection I was referring more to the "frequency trigger" that is possible on the gps/autonomic audiomoth. E.g. record only when there are sounds in the 40-80KHz range (do I correctly understand the frequency trigger?). I understand that it is quite a bit more complicated than triggering recordings based on time, but given the enormous size that files can get, perhaps a nice feature someday?
