configuration lost after changing batteries
had custom configuration on multiple audiomoth 1.2.0, after a few nights of monitoring I switched to off, took microSDs out, removed batteries, put new ones in, put microSDs back in and switched to custom. next morning no audiofiles were on microSDs. I assume this means they lost configuration. is there a way to change batteries without this happening?

Hi Ben, The AudioMoth would not have lost the configuration, but it would have lost the time when the batteries were removed and so couldn't start the scheduled recording. The led would have shown a solid red LED and a flashing green LED as it was waiting for you to play the acoustic chime from the smartphone app to set the time. When you change the batteries you need to reset the time. There are two ways to do this: 1. Use the Time App via USB. This just sets the time and leaves the configuration unchanged. 2. Switch to CUSTOM and use the smartphone app to play the acoustic chime that sets the time. Alex
