"Clicking"noise at 26kHz
Hi, in all my recordings there's a "clicking" noise (26-28kHz). This is an issue that I had before with some recordings but now the noise is louder and it is present in all recordings. The batteries are Energizer AA (new) and the SD card is the SanDisk Extreme 32GB. Is there Anything I can do to make the "clicking" noise disappear?

Hi, This is one of the challenges of having the MEMS microphone on the same board as the SD card - mechanical noise from the SD card writing generated by expanding and contracting capacitors gets propagated through the board and within a case. This self noise is very much reduced in version 1.2 of the hardware. Some makes of SD are worse than others. We generally use SanDisk Extreme cards. Alex
