The computer does not see audiomoth. The green light is solid on. I checked different cables, what else can i do? Is there a service somewhere where I can send it? How to reset your device ?

Hi Mark, What operating system are you using? Problems communicating are nearly always cable and then operating system issues. It is very unlikely it is an issue with the AudioMoth. When you say ‘the computer does not see the AudioMoth’ can you describe what you expecting to happen? The AudioMoth should be visible to the AudioMoth Config App but will not appear as a USB drive.
