    USB-mic not recognized

    in Device Support

I converted my Audiomoth to USB-microphone for streaming purposes, but neither my MacBook Air nor my Imac recognizes it. I tried with Mojave, Catalina and Monterey, so it's got nothing to do with the OS. The cable is brand new. Has any of you Mac-owners had the same issue?

When you flashed the firmware did the flash app recognise the device afterwards and report what firmware is installed? If you switch to CUSTOM does the red LED flash?

You should have seen something like this on completion of the flash process.

With the switch in CUSTOM or DEFAULT, the red or green LED will flash, and you should see the microphone listed as a regular audio input.
