Hello,
I have 2 brand new audio moths purchased a few months ago and as yet unused. I have reviewed all of the similar posts regarding connection issues with audio moths and computers. I have tested a total of 6 cables including a data cable bought new specifically for this purpose and a second very high quality cable I use specifically for data transfer. I have tried them in all 5 of the USB ports on my laptop and 3 USB and one USB c port on two separate docking stations (a total of 12 different ports).
The green light flickers on both units as it is plugged in and my computer sounds the connection notification. It then immediately disconnects and the light does not come on. When I wiggle the cables in the micro usb ports (which are extremely loose) the connection to my laptop and the green light comes and goes repeatedly. These units are both from the same production run and I suspect have a dodgy set of USB sockets.
Hi, thank you for coming back to me. I don't have another machine to try it on. I am using Windows 10 Pro with all of the latest updates. The cable moves in the socket as per your video.
The units were bought from Group Gets at a reduced price due to an over order on the production run.
