I received the new Audiomoth today. Unfortunately, the device does not communicate with the Audiomoth Configuration App on my laptop (Windows 10). I have new batteries, a USB3 microUSB cable and the supplied microSD card in the device. When I connect the device, the green LED lights up permanently in USB/OFF mode.
Could you please give me some more tips so that I can activate the Audiomoth?
