It definitely runs okay on 64-bit Windows 7 and the file that is downloaded is a 32-bit executable, so it should work fine. Can you send a screenshot of the error message. Also try switching it off and on again.
Do the previous versions still run okay? The earlier configuration apps will still work with any version of the firmware, they just won't enable any to the new hardware features (such as writing timestamps in local time).
This should be fixed now. If you download the configuration app from the website it should now be a 32-bit version. Let us know if you have any more problems with it.
Hi, This should is a 32-bit binary so should run okay on 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Windows. What version of Windows are you using exactly?

I think this is our mistake. These binaries don't seem to be 32-bit versions. I'll get Peter to upload the correct ones tomorrow.
