Hi, upgrading a groupgets AM from the original FW (1.2.x?) to the latest 1.4.4 using the 1.1.0 app on a windows PC. I can get through most of the process and get a "device connected with serial bootloader " type message towards the end, but after pressing update firmware I always get a "firmware update failed, retry" type message. Tried several times and have tried some of the processes in other threads too without luck. The device will now not connect to the configuration app and appears to be non-functional. P.S. why don't you use a file on the flash card for updates, would be a lot less fiddly?
