Hi, I've been following progress passively on Twitter for some time, I recall having some early interactions regarding gunshot detection. I have suddenly realised that AudioMoth could solve another particularly thorny problem. I have a pressing need to discover whether a particular song bird is operating in areas where they consume large amounts of invasive caterpillars (I have 8 such areas). Attempting this by sight alone is tedious and time consuming, though I finally did have a positive sighting last week. I have introduced nesting boxes in these areas, and was considering just fixing a movement detecting camera. Is this the sort of task AudioMoth could perform? i.e isolating and identifying one particular song from the surrounding cocophony?
