Hi, I 've just bought 2 audiomoths. I try to start with them. As I connect them to my computer and try to download config. the device is not seen by the Audiomoth config App. How can I start? What can I do to make the app reconize the device? I have no message from the computer as well (no "device not reconized" or "something plugged"... nothing... just greyed). I use a computer with Windows 10. My audiomoth is a 1.2.0. The App is the last one... I ve already spent too much hour to try to make it work and I'm very desappointed.. (desperated). Can you have an advice for me please?
