I have a feeling this might be a problem with Kaleidoscope rather than anything related to the audiomoth. However it seems like it did not pick up on any elephant audio at the settings I was working with

Please see the attached - when I look at the information of my WAV file it says the duration of the clip is 55s, but when I open it in Kaleidoscope I only get 5 seconds of audio.

Hi Alex - Ok, thank you. I went out two days ago to try but my recording cut out at the 5s mark (even though the file says it recorded for 55s) - would this be a problem with my gain? I set it to enable low range gain. I'll go out and try again in a few days, hopefully with better results so I can report back.
