Hi, when you format the card: ¿which "allocation unit size" (in FAT32 format application) or "clúster size" (in others application like EaseUs) do you use?
You should be able to leave this on whatever default Windows suggests. The AudioMoth FAT library should correctly handle any value up to 32KB so just go with the default values it suggests. Typical audio files are much larger than this so it doesn't make a huge amount of difference to the disk use.
