When the 3.7 volt battery is plugged into the charger and both green and red lights are solid on. What does this mean? Will one light turn off or what should I look for to know they are charging and there is not a problem?

Originally the batteries came reverse polarity for the charger. I connected the battery with the reversed polarity and then noticed it was wrong so I switched the polarity to match the polarity of the charger. Could this original polarity burn up the charger? Or what needs to be done now? Polarity correct now in the picture but not connected due to I have already set the micro moth up to record.
