My computer is not recognizing my audiomoth unit. Are there any step to do? Selct custom/usb off/default or.. ? Any important by the red and green light? Im using Windows 11 Pro. The app start up good, but all information from the device is with light gray text. Thanks

Hi, You should switch the AudioMoth to USB/OFF and just plug it into the computer to be able to see if in the Config App. The most common communication problem is that the USB cable is a charging cable and has no data lines. If you are sure that the cable is good, open Device Manager and check if the AudioMoth appears in the list of USB devices connected.
