Hi, Can you confirm what operating system you are using and which version of AudioMoth Live this is? Assuming that you can access the AudioMoth USB Microphone as a regular audio input device, this seems to be an issue with AudioMoth Live. I'd initially check that just logging out after first installing the microphone doesn't fix it. Alex
We dont' seem to be able to reproduce this. I've updated my Windows VM and it is using the same driver as yours but works fine. Same with another physical machine.
Try the 'Check for driver updates' option in the window.
What type of computer is this running on - a laptop or desktop. Do you know what processor it has?
That should be fast enough! I'd suggest double checking that the most up to date drivers are installed, deleting all the AudioMoth USB Microphone devices, and then after a restart trying again.
