Hello,
Recently I acquired an Audiomoth and I'm using it to record bat chatters. Maybe it's something usual, known or normal (I'm new to bioacoustics) but I'm a little bit confused regarding this kind of "noises" (on the next image, the sounds on the right after the bat chatter) the AudioMoth has recorded:
I had it recording during all the night, generating files every 5 minutes and the "sounds"are presents in all the files. On some files are just a couple of times but on others is present more times. For example:
As suggested I'm using a Sandisk Extreme 128GB. This is part o one of the WAV files with the sound recorded:
Any idea?

Hi Carlos, What recording settings were you using? Can you post the CONFIG.TXT file. I assume there was a high-pass filter set? It sounds like some sort of stridulating insect. It looks very similar to the sound of hands being rubbed together. You play it back in AudioMoth Play - https://play.openacousticdevices.info. Alex
