As a cetacean researcher, the use of software is necessary to analyze the resultant WAV files created by various devices now on the market (SoundTrap, Acbotics, OpenEar, AudioMoth, etc.).
One such program is Pamguard (https://www.pamguard.org/) than is a free open-source program primarily written in Java. This program has been in use for many years. It only analyzes data from cetaceans (whales, dolphins, etc.), not bats.
I am wondering who has used this program to analyze their cetacean WAV files? What do you like/dislike about the program? Has anyone used Pamguard on cetacean WAV files produced from any of the AudioMoth devices? If so, what did it show?
Thank you.
You can be certain that community events and workshops will create a major impression because of the FriendSHIP orcas program, which makes it possible to protect these whales that are in danger of extinction. geometry dash
