Thanks for your help! I was dragging and dropping the folder into the terminal window and that seemed to be causing the problem. Typing out the directory starting with "cd" solved the issue. I have now run across a new problem further down the steps for flashing the device. I have reached Step 7 and my terminal is telling me "-u command not found". Here is a copy and paste of my process: 1. Sarahs-Air-2:Documents Sarah$ cd ~/Desktop/AudioMoth 2. Sarahs-Air-2:AudioMoth Sarah$ chmod a+x flash 3. Sarahs-Air-2:AudioMoth Sarah$ cd ~/Desktop/AudioMoth/flash 4. Sarahs-Air-2:flash Sarah$ chmod a+x flash 5. Sarahs-Air-2:flash Sarah$ ./flash 6. No serial ports found 7. **Plug in the AudioMoth 8. Sarahs-Air-2:flash Sarah$ ./flash 9. /dev/tty.usbmodem1421 10. Sarahs-Air-2:flash Sarah$ -u /dev/tty.usbmodem1421 AudioMoth1.2.2.bin 11. -bash: -u: command not found At this point, there are no lights flashing on the device. To piggy-back off of this question, I am also using a mac OS and am attempting to update the firmware to 1.2.1. I cannot get passed the step where I am instructed to run the command chmod a+x flash. Sarahs-MacBook-Air-2:~ Sarah$ /Users/Sarah/Desktop/AuidoMoth -bash: /Users/Sarah/Desktop/AuidoMoth: is a directory Sarahs-MacBook-Air-2:~ Sarah$ chmod a+x flash chmod: flash: No such file or directory What am I doing wrong?

Alex, Do purchasers need to meet a minimum order requirement to participate in the group buy? I would like to purchase 3 units for a pilot study in Maine, USA, which I plan to start in May 2019. Once an order is made, what is the turn around time for receiving the units in the mail?

I would also like an update on when the new model will be available for purchase, how many will be available and where they can be purchased. Thank you
