HI Alex, I took the batteries and sdcard out, set the unit to custom, the leds were flashing, I then put the paper clip on and the lights stopped flashing but still no recognition of the unit. Could my my Norton software be an issue? cheers rob

HI Alex, the green led is on when I plug the audiomoth into the computer, there isn't any flashing LEDs. cheers Rob
