Have followed the configuration instructions, but when I plug my AudioMoths in, the computer does not recognize them and have the time/id frames shift from grey to black. As a result, I can't set them with the configuration file. The units are working - I used default recording to test them, and when i plug it in yesterday they popped up as external drives with the audio files. Tried again today though, and it isn't even recognizing them as external drives. I can't access the files. Running on Windows 10 Enterprise, but also tried on Windows 7 Enterprise with same issues. I made sure the moths were in USB (rather than "Off") - the red light flashes when I plug in to the USB and then shows a solid green light. Any ideas what I am doing wrong, as I want to try these in the field next week!
