Hi, I purchased a quantity of AudioMoths last year to last me over two field seasons. This year when I unpackage unused AudioMoths, about a third of them are detached from the battery holder at the prog end. Any idea of the cause of this? I've read your comments about using a hot glue gun to repair but it seems to me that this should not be happening on such a regular basis. Thank you.

I have sent a configuration file to two people to set their AudioMoths to the parameters needed in a bird study. Both get an error message of "incorrect format, configuration file was not readable." The configuration file works fine on my computer. Any ideas of what the problem is? Thanks for any help.

I followed the instructions for flashing and got the error message "Could not open file". Any suggestions?
