Hi OAD team. Having trialled two of your devices last year I now have 30 more to deploy from the recent GroupGet. I am configuring the devices using the configuration app. The original devices I had from last year configure absolutely fine. I remove them from my machine, switch them from USB/Off to Custom, and after the sleep period they begin recording correctly. However, with the new devices, when I switch them to custom, they flash green for a period, then the lights go out for a time, then they start flashing green and red together. I have now done this with five of the new devices with the same result in each case. Any idea what the problem is - I'm hoping to take them to the field tomorrow. Many thanks, Jez

Hi Alex, Sorry, I'm having difficulty downloading the app for Windows. Clicking on the 'AudioMoth config for Windows' button opens a blank tab in my web-browser. I've tried in Chrome and Firefox. Right clicking on the button I'm able to download the .exe file, but when I try to run the downloaded file from Chrome I'm prompted to permit the file to make changes. I click yes, but then nothing happens. Opening the .exe from its location I get an error message - see below. Any suggestions? Thanks, Jez
