Hi, I just received my single audioMOTH in the mail from the latest GroupGets batch. I'm finding that it won't register as connected with the configuration utility. I've tried two cables, as suggested in similar threads - the first being the cable sent alongside the device itself, the second being a cord I routinely use to transfer data from another recorder. Neither seems to work! Wondering if it's just a hardware issue, but that's a pretty disheartening idea. Anyone have any thoughts? Thank you in advance!
