Now here's a thing - I could not get my audiomoth into programming mode - turns out every paperclip in the house is coated with a varnish, presumable to stop them rusting, which means that they also don't conduct electricity! One short piece of copper wire later and the job's done.

https://github.com/macaodha/batdetect Well I've got it running on with Anaconda 3 and it scanned 480 files and flagged 40 odd as containing bats calls - which is looking correct so far. What I'm failing on is getting it to look for the wave files on an external drive ie f:\, anyone know if you can only have the files as a subdirectory or am I missing something simple? should I have the python files on the F: drive?

Because I want to use the AudioMoth where "removal" is an issue. I'm looking at the Samson 1 Micro case, my idea is to alter the foam to hold the AudioMoth and drill a hole for the Microphone and cover the hole with clingfilm. I can then use a padlock to close the case and lock it onto cyclelock/python lock. The case I'm getting is scuffed hence the cost of £15 inc postage. I did look at the ePTFE stickers for the audio windows but they only come packed in 1,000 which is too expensive for me. If anyone has advice, please chip in.
