Hi, I purchased my Audiomoth from Group Gets round 3 and it worked with no problems, it was not used last year and now Windows 10 & Macbook laptops with various cables can not find Audiomoth in config app. or flash app. it does not show in device manager with or without batteries, SD card is formatted fat32, when connected to laptop without batteries and set at USB/OFF the green LED is lit constant, set at Custom the Red & Green LED flash, set at Default the Red flashes intermittently, return to USB/OFF red flashes 4 times then Green constant, same sequence when disconnected from laptop except no green LED at end. Can you suggest anything I can try to resolve this problem.
