Hello, I purchased 6 audiomoths at the start of August and have just taken them out of their packaging to update the firmware prior to going out in the field at the end of the month. 5/6 updated and configured without issues. The remaining audiomoth is not recognisable by my computer/the flash app/ the config app/time app. I am using Windows 10 and I have made sure I am using a data cable.  I have also tried on 3 different computers with no luck. Can anyone please help? Kind regards, Bradley
