Hi, I bought 3 Audiomoths and I have problems with one of them. When I received my new Audiomoths, I first updated the firmware. Everything went well for two of them. For the last one, I first put batteries, then connected to Flash app which recognized the device properly. I removed one of the batteries while it was still connected to the USB cable. After that, the Audiomoth never responded again: impossible to connect it to the apps, no recording and no LEDs lighting up anymore. Did I break my Audiomoth? Is there a way to do a factory reset to reboot it? Thanks for your help!
